We are currently looking to recruit Senior Contracts Managers
As a Senior Contracts Manager you’ll have a proven track record, working at senior level, managing the full cycle of projects. Relevant experience will have been achieved working within the shop-fitting arena; additional experience within interior fit-out would be desirable. With the ability to run multiple projects (approx. £200k per project) you’ll also be CDM and H&S competent.
The successful candidates will be results driven, customer focussed, with an eye for detail. You’ll build excellent working relationships with site staff through to effective communication with clients. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Project, you’ll have the strength of character to work autonomously and manage a project team and yourself to ensure each project is a success.

We are currently looking to recruit an Estimator/Senior Estimator
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be able to handle all aspects of the tender process.
Main duties will include preparation of enquiry documents, sourcing and assessing supplier and subcontractor quotations, client liaison and final negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills combined with the ability to work as part of a team and/or on their own initiative. Computer literate and conversant with computer/spreadsheet based estimating packages is preferred.
