| Description This project involved the partial Stripout of a former Slug & Lettuce establishment. Most of the existing fixtures were retained and improved. Whilst back of house areas were refreshed only, a complete facelift was carried out to all public areas: bar, seating areas, dance floor, toilets etc. The design and installation of a new kitchen facility was also undertaken. Forum worked very close with our Client assisting the value engineering process required to deliver this project within budget yet meeting the Clients established branding and expected level of finish.. |

| Description This project involved the stripping out of two high street units, taking the premises back to its original single unit occupation. The fit out was a departure from the standard Paddy Power shop fit, involving the introduction of new finishes and layout. Forum Contracts worked closely with Paddy Power in respect of all re-design matters. |
