The fit out of a flagship betting office on behalf of Coral. Works consisted of a full strip out and refit while the shop continued trading, ensuring there was no downtime.

A Fit-out with a difference. Unlike existing shops, this was a trial shop designed to provide a “Kiosk” type of service. The high-level specification incorporated Corian worktops, Deco Glaze panelling and bespoke joinery. New technologies such as touch screen displays in replacement of metal display boards are also being trialed. Corals have put this shop forward for “Best Shop” at this years Betview Industry Awards.

We secured a nationwide Roll-out programme of shop rebranding with our Client Greggs plc.
These mini refits are carried out, out of normal hours of working so that the shops trade is not impacted.

This project involved the fit of a vacant basement below offices. The design in consideration of the shops basement location, achieved the feeling of open space by maximizing ceiling heights and minimizing wall & column cladding. The shop was successfully managed and delivered on time, working to a tight programme and within the restraints of Central London.

This project involved the partial Stripout of a former Slug and Lettuce establishment. Most of the existing fixtures were retained and improved.

Fit out of a new ice cream parlour. Works included; shop front, signage, Air Conditioning and Ventilation, plumbing and electrical works, manufacture and install counter decorations, ceramic tiling and general shop fitting.

A 2 week project to strip out an existing shop and fit out the new store including; line walls, suspended ceiling, Air Conditioning and Ventilation, electrical installation, decorating, plumbing, ceramic tiles, fire shutter, counter and general shop fitting works.

Fit out of new basement level shell and its street level entrance. Our work included formation of a concrete stairs and installation of a disabled lift. A departure from standard Coral finishes introduced to meet flagship status.
