Forum Fire + Security Ltd has been formed to serve the specific needs of our existing client base and to allow us to reach out to a new generation of clients. Our Directors are dedicated security professionals with many years of experience in system design and service delivery. This includes but not limited to the services shown at the bottom of this page.
Design & Installation
Our objective is plain and simple. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible service for their Fire + Security requirements whether that is for a small standalone system or for a fully integrated project. No project is too small or complex for our team of designers and installers.
Retrofitting
Equipment installed some years ago, may now not meet the required industry standard, FORUM can offer a wide range of replacement programmes which addresses the current requirements for Police signalling or Insurance Company requirements.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
FORUM offers a full maintenance service on all fire and security systems including standard or fully comprehensive parts and labour. Our maintenance customers are supplied with a comprehensive site logbook giving concise records of all service visits and details of any recommendations or foreseeable problems.
System Repairs
FORUM endeavour to first fix faults wherever possible, dependent upon availability of parts. Subject to site based conditions many repairs can be carried out in situ, negating the problem of second cost visits and unnecessary system “downtime”.
Replacement Parts
FORUM is an independent company with no agreements or ties with any manufacturers to purchase their specific products. We only specify the product that is right for your business and In consequence have access to variety of leading manufacturers’ equipment and technical support services.
Emergency Service
Engineers are on call 24 hours per day 365 days per year to ensure that system problems are solved with the minimum downtime and with maximum efficiency
Remote Monitoring
FORUM has negotiated partnership agreements with several independent Remote Monitoring Centres and offers every type of signalling service from phone to phone text services or fully monitored line services with GPM “Radio” backup support.
Temporary Protection
If temporary site or building protection is required, we will rent our range of wire free detection and visual verification systems linked to our 24 hour monitoring centre. This can be supported by a Rapid Response team who will secure and protect the area until the initial problem is resolved.
