Complete Cat B fit out of both vacant and occupied office space of 33,000 sq feet. This project was phased so not to interrupt the end users business operations. The fit out comprised of new M&E installations throughout, partitions, ceilings, decorations, joinery, secondary glazing & specialist finishes. New toilet and kitchen facilities were created. Each phase was handed over on time and within budget. This was achieved to the total satisfaction of our joint clients.
