Description
This design & build project was a great success to both Client and Forum. Front end, we took time to understand the Clients brief, his vision. From this we brought a dated main reception into the 21st century, reflective of their business; commercial banking. The key factor of this project was to maintain the day to day operation and security function of the reception at all times. Thus, where possible, fabrication was carried out off site and build was confined to five consecutive weekend periods.

Description
This project was to convert an existing vacant office block into a self contained building of six corporate apartments. The building is Grade 2 Listed thus offering various challenges throughout the project. Forum worked closely with the Clients Architect and M&E Consultant as we undertook various design responsibilities. The project was completed on time and within budget and to a standard much praised by our Client.

Description
  • The phased construction of a new Judges and Commentators Box

Forum Contracts Ltd took the project under a Design & Build form of contract. As an approved Contractor to Coral we had previous experience in working at Romford Stadium. We fully understood the Client’s brief and fulfilled it accordingly, in managing this project through to a successful completion.
