Forum Contracts

This project was to convert an existing vacant office block into a self contained building of six corporate apartments.

The project was the fit out of a new retail unit displaying high market-end bathroom suites. We liaised closely with the client and his project team in designing the concept through to completion.

Complete Cat B fit out of both vacant and occupied office space of 33,000 sq feet. This project was phased so not to interrupt the end users business operations. The fit out comprised of new M&E installations throughout, partitions, ceilings, decorations, joinery, secondary glazing & specialist finishes.

This design and build project was a great success to both  Client and Forum. Front end, we took time to understand the Clients brief, his  vision. From this we brought a dated meeting area into the 21st century, reflective of their business; commercial banking.
